As of 2011 the 2011 census the erstwhile sub-division held 39 villages, spread over two administrative circles as follows: Tseminyü circle comprises the administrative headquarter namely,Deputy Commissioner Office HQ and Tseminyu Town Council (6,315), and thirty-two villages consisting of :
