Police
The District Executive Force (DEF) Tseminyu is headed by a Superintendent of Police (SP) who is assisted by officers in the rank of Additional Superintendent of Police (Addl. SP) and Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) and the agency is the primary law enforcing force that aids and assists in administration of law and order.
The town also has one Police Station, headed by Officer in Charge (OC) in the rank of Inspector assisted by both armed and unarmed uniform personnel.
